I have 4 of these prints, one for each of my children. I have 3 living children and 1 child in heaven. I hang these prints in my entry way and love having all 4 of my babies' pictures together in one place. My most recent order was for my sweet daughter, Annie Kate, born after loss. I ordered her print on Thanksgiving day. Annie Kate is her first and middle name but we choose to call her by both. I had made a mental note to reach out to Sam and let her know I'd like "Annie Kate" in bold along the top. Well a few days passed and Sam posted in her instagram stories Annie Kate's print that she was getting ready to mail. I want to note the turn around time from ordering to it being ready was so quick! When I saw the print I was so excited and then I realized I had forgot to tell Sam that though Annie Kate is her given first and middle name that is what we call her on a daily basis. I quickly messaged Sam on instagram in hopes to catch her before mailing the print and let her know my mistake and that I was going to order another one and let her know what I was wanting. Praise the Lord she saw my message right before heading to drop the print in the mail. She graciously printed one like I had desired and even offered me a discount for the second print even though it was completely my fault. Sam was so easy to work with.
