  • My baby was stillborn. Do you offer gentle editing for my child's photo?
    At Mother of Wilde, we understand the delicate nature of editing photos of stillborn babies. We offer gentle facial editing to ensure that your child is remembered in a beautiful and meaningful way. Our experienced team knows how to handle such sensitive images with care and empathy, providing various options for editing and retouching. We offer gentle facial editing as well as the ability to blur and unblur photos. If the photo you would like to use is blurry, we can unblur your photo. If the background of your photo is distracting, we can blur the background easily. We are committed to supporting you through this difficult time and helping you create a lasting memory of your precious child. Please feel free to reach out to us for more information or to discuss your specific needs. Please note: We do not edit the entirety of your child's photo because we want to ensure your child looks as closely to how you remember them. If you would like your child's photo to be gently edited, blurred or unblurred, just include that in the dropdown when you place your order.
  • I'm interested in a print for my child but don't have any photos of my child.
    Not to worry! If you don't have any photos you'd like to use then we are happy to use your child's birth flower as the background photo for your print, an ultrasound photo, or any other photo that reminds you of your child. We, also, offer many floral backgrounds for you to choose from for your memorial print. Click here to see our floral background options. Many families choose this option if they lose a child in the first trimester. Mother of Wilde, also, offers many memorials that don't include photo backgrounds like our Wreath Memorial.
  • Do you offer birth prints that aren't faith-based?
    Yes, at Mother of Wilde, we offer a variety of birth prints that are not faith-based. Our Traditional birth prints and memorials feature modern and elegant designs that focus on the joy and beauty of welcoming a new little one into the world.
  • What image formats do you accept?
    We accept JPG, PNG, GIF, JPEG, TIFF, and RAW files. It is our highest priority that you’re pleased with the quality of your print. Tips for improving your image resolution: The key to the best possible quality is finding the original photo (often kept on your computer, the photographer’s online portal, or within your smartphone library. Did you pull the image from a social account? Choosing an image from Instagram or Facebook will cause low-resolution warnings (since these platforms often shrink the size of your photo when you upload). Is the photo taken from a text message? Often smartphones shrink image sizes over text, resulting in a tiny version of the original photo. Did you upload a screenshot? This can compromise print quality significantly. We suggest uploading directly from your photo library. We’re happy to help - send us an email at moria@motherofwilde.com and we can assist if you’re concerned about your image quality.
  • Will my photo print ok?
    We've included tips for how to upload a high-resolution photo for you below. In addition, our team looks at each order as it comes through and we will reach out if we feel like the quality of your image isn't high enough to confidently send to print. We prefer 150 DPI.   • Can you blur the background of my photo?
    Yes, we can blur the background of your photo if you would like. Blurring the background is a good option so your child is the focal point of the print. If you would like the background to be blurred, just include that in the dropdown when you place your order.
  • What ink and paper do you use for your prints?
    Mother of Wilde's Giclee prints are produced with premium, acid-free, lignin-free paper - highly resistant to aging. Our ink-jet printing uses 10 inks to create a fluid finish with incredible resolution and color consistency. Our matte 230gsm card stock is a medium-weight cardstock. Because our paper is acid-free and lignin-free, it won't break down over time and become acidic. Lignin is the organic substance found in wood pulp that eventually breaks down into acid and turns paper yellow.
  • How do you ship your prints?
    At Mother of Wilde, we take great care in shipping our prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All of our prints are carefully packaged in sturdy, protective materials to prevent any damage during transit. They are sealed in a clear, plastic protector, secured with a perforated board, and then shipped in a thick stay-flat mailer. This prevents crushing, bending, and other types of damage that could potentially occur in transit. We use trusted shipping partners to deliver our prints, and we offer both standard and expedited shipping options to accommodate our customers' needs. Additionally, we provide tracking information for all orders so customers can monitor the status of their delivery. Our priority is to make sure our customers receive their prints safely and promptly.
  • When will I receive my order?
    The estimated production time is 5-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • I accidentally wrote the wrong address on my order. Now what?
    If you realize that your order has the wrong address prior to shipment, we can happily update the address on file. Simply reach out via email, moria@motherofwilde.com or by using our contact page. Please note: any orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address will incurr an additional re-shipping charge.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes! If you need to cancel or make changes to your order for any reason, you can do this within ONE hour of placing your order. After one hour, your order has entered into print production, we are unable to cancel your order. Please contact us at motherofwilde@gmail.com with any questions.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We do not accept returns since our prints are personalized to each child. However, we are happy to issue a replacement print if your order was damaged in transit. Email us moria@motherofwilde.com with images of the print and the package it was in (including the label) so we can submit a claim and get a new print in production for you.

  • I'm interested in shipping outside of the USA. Who pays customs fees?
    At Mother of Wilde, we offer international shipping to many countries outside of the USA. When it comes to customs fees, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs fees vary by country and are determined by the customs office of the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand what fees may apply to your order. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the shipping process.
